Dispatching of goods,
pricing and shipping cost:
Worldwide shipping cost is 3.00 Euro per
order. Goods are dispatched via fast priority mail, after
payment is made in advance and money transfer is
validated.
If your
country does not belong to European Union / European
Economic Area:
Please remember that we only accept payments via PayPal.
If your country is not supported by PayPal yet, we advise
you to check our distributors - they might be able to
sell and ship to your country. Also, bear in mind that
orders from outside of EU/EEA are generally subject to
local import duties and taxes. All locally incurred fees
and taxes are to be paid by a customer in such cases.
Return of
goods:
All purchased goods can be returned within 14 days from
the date of purchase, as long as celophane wrapping
remains intact. We will refund the full price of goods
purchased, sans the shipping costs. If any of our CDs
happens to have mechanical fault, it will be fully
refunded including shipping costs.
Payment:
Alpha Centauri is using PayPal as a
default payment method. Purchase of goods is available to
both PayPal registered customers and to unregistered
customers (in that case payment is done via PayPal
front-end with credit card or bank money transfer).
